We offer accommodation in beautifully furnished self-contained cottages (Bandas) with a panoramic view of Kibale Forest National Park and the surrounding Tea plantations. We also offer accommodation in a large ancient colonial house, which was formerly home to the British commissioner in the 1950s. It is well furnished with two self-contained rooms in a colonial setting with beautiful views of Kibale Forest National Park, the Tea plantation, and the crater lake. Enjoy hot showers in western-style bathrooms.

Good place.
Spectacular gardens with lots of birds, Good and friendly staff, very nice food,spacious rooms,manager was super cooperative and helpful. I recommend any one going to kibale forest for chimpanzee tracking and bird watching to stay there. Can't wait to come back with another group of clients.

Lovely lodge.
We stayed here for 2 nights for the Chimpanzee trekking. Very nice hotel, friendly and competent staff, good restaurant, clean, modern and spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. The garden area is lovely with a large plantation area. Can definitely recommend a stay here.

What a place!
Amazing place, amazing hospitality! we slept just one night in this lodge but we suddenly fell in love with it. The rooms are very big and cozy and the landscape is a piece of heaven. I highly recommend to stay in Chimpanzee forest Lodge. We recommend the hike to see the surroundings: crater lakes and community are really worth it!

A wonderful place to stop. We stayed in one of the rooms in the main lodge and it was beautiful--comfortable, clean, functional and spacious. The grounds are a park with grassy hillsides and abundant gardens with many species of birds. We were treated to a vanilla cultivation tour where they showed us the growing vines and the techniques they use to prepare the pods for export. Fascinating! The menu had diverse options with lots of vegetable plates and fresh fruit. The staff were gracious, professional, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend.

Beautiful gardens
Very nice and spacious cabin overlooking well manicured gardens and valley. Nice variety of flowers, trees, bushes. Managed to get several nice photos of hornbills, mouse birds and blue fly catchers. Meals were plentiful and delicious and the waitress was super nice (wish I noted her name). The staff working on the grounds and several others were rather cold to us when we greeted them. Convenient location for several nearby attractions.

Beautiful views
Million dollar views from our thatched roof villa. Beautiful room and great food. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent base for nearby chimpanzee tracking. We were booked through our tour company and wish we could have stayed longer.
