WILL I GET SICK WHILE ON MY TOUR IN UGANDA?
It is always advisable to take all recommended preventive measures, and if you take any regular medication, please bring it with you for safety reasons.
It is advisable to take malaria medication as directed, before your visit, during your stay, and even after your holiday in Uganda if possible. Otherwise, considering these measures, you will probably not get sick while on holiday in Uganda.
DO I NEED A VISA TO VISIT UGANDA?
Yes, you can acquire a Ugandan Visa upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport or via a prior online application. If you plan to visit several East African countries, we advise you to apply for the East African tourist visa (100$) instead of a single entry visa. The East Africa visa is valid for 90 days. DO I NEED TO CARRY OUT VACCINATIONS FOR MY UGANDA SAFARI (TOUR)?
Several vaccinations are recommended and required before entering Uganda. A yellow fever certificate is mandatory before entry to Uganda as proof of immunization against yellow fever.
